The heavy heat of the summer is slowly passing but the days are still long and glorious shades of copper. We spend our days harvesting fruits, exploring the mountains in the warm afternoons and testing the products of the new wine harvest!
Our programme of experiences is still in full swing, along with our delicious seasonal foodplan – warm soups, stews with polenta, roasted chestnuts are more on the menu, and the wood burners are crackling away from morning till bedtime.
When the weather is right, why not join us on the hunt for porcini, or a grill lunch at the river with a cosy coat and wooly hat. Are you brave enough to have a dip? We will if you do!
