What We Don’t Offer (it’s nothing personal, just intentional)
 Even though we’d love to say the sky is always the limit, at Novanta we stay true to our core values and the character of our village. To keep every wedding authentic, relaxed, and in line with our approach, here are a few things we don’t do:

  • No styled-to-perfection, polished or glamorous set-ups — while we do create breathtaking and charming decorations, we always celebrate the nonchalant, naturally romantic character of Novanta.
  • No rigid packages or cookie-cutter timelines — just as every wedding is unique, so is the way we design it. We’ll create a plan around you, not the other way around.
  • No obsession with perfection — we embrace character, soul, and spontaneity, focusing our energy on creating a meaningful and memorable experience.
  • No champagne towers, dessert towers, or any kind of tower — as much as we love the spectacle, our cobblestones and fields aren’t built for fragile balancing acts.

While we take care of making your wedding weekend unforgettable, we kindly ask you and your guests to help us take care of the valley in return. We are incredibly lucky to call this slice of Tuscany home, a wild, beautiful place that we share with nature and each other.

At Novanta, we prioritize sustainability, and we expect all our guests to do the same. That means:

  • No cigarette butts on the ground — use the designated ashtrays.

  • No plastic waste left behind — please dispose of everything mindfully.

  • Respect the land

We believe that having fun and being responsible go hand in hand. We’re all guests here, and by treating this place with care, we ensure it remains magical for everyone who comes after you.

Please note: If these guidelines are not respected and our team finds cigarette butts, plastic waste, or other significant environmental impact, we will apply a fine to cover the cost of cleanup and restoration. We truly hope this won’t be necessary — and with your help, it won’t be.
