Our rooms are scattered all over our village and divided amongst 3 main buildings and 2 cottages, each one with it’s own individual style, layout and character.
Studios
Our studio rooms are perfect for singles, couples and young families. We can accommodate a maximum of one double bed or two singles. They are individually decorated with art from local and international artists. Our studio rooms have private ensuite bathrooms and small sitting area, they can also fit a babybed on request.

Our cottages are located 6 minutes walk away from the pool and our dining spots. This independent accommodation offers one or two bedrooms, a spacious living area, separate bathroom and private terrace with beautiful views over our valley. They provide a perfect place for a couple or family with older children to enjoy all the benefits of Novanta, without compromising on privacy.

Treehouse
This bedroom is for the adventurers out there, who want that sneaky bit of luxury when nobody else is looking. This is the real deal – think proper double bed, private hot open shower and the most breathtaking views out from under the comfort of your duvet! Fancy hearing the footsteps of hares and wild boar in the grass below your feet? Our handcrafted treehouse is held in a 200 year old oak tree and offers an amazing view over the valley and the ruins of our ancient village. Just a few minutes walk from the pool but completely secluded – you really feel like you have the whole village to yourselves, and a few meters further you will find your very own outdoor bathroom!

Foodplan
At Novanta we see food as a connector to people and to nature! By teaming up with local producers, we serve up delicious, high-quality meals straight from the land. Our restaurant is always open when our hotel doors are, so you can relax and let us do the cooking!
Our food plan covers a full breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, so you don’t have to lift a finger. Coffee, tea, sparkling and still tap water are free at all times – and you can even pick your own mint leaves from our herb garden for a refreshing organic mint tea!
Heads up: the food plan is mandatory but not included in the room price. We’ll add it just before your stay. If you feel like exploring the area and dining in one of the local restaurants one day – no worries! We will simply reimburse you.

We see food as a connector to people and to nature. By collaborating with local producers we can offer you high quality food, coming straight from the land. Inspired by “cucina povera,” our menu focuses on simple, rustic dishes that highlight the flavors of local, seasonal produce.
Honesty bar
At Novanta – its all about helping yourself! We think it’s really great when you make yourself at home in our village – and that means taking your own beer from the fridge! The bar is fully stocked with fantastic local wines, beer and soft drinks. Simply note down what you take and don't think about the bill until the end of the week!
River
Want to go for a different kind of swim? Head downhill for a refreshing dip in the crisp river waters, perfect for a nature splash. Find your tranquil spot, go on adventures, build dams or just take time to listen to the sound of water going by.
Pool
Our hotel boasts a stunning 20-meter-long pool with incredible views over the valley. In the early morning, adults can peacefully. swim lanes, while throughout the day everyone can enjoy relaxing time with a drinks in hand. Looking to chill, exercise, or socialize, our pool is the perfect spot.
Car free village
We offer free parking at the entrance of the village, ensuring a peaceful, car-free environment within. Our 4x4 Defenders are on hand to take you and your luggage to your rooms, letting you relax and enjoy the charm of Novanta without any hassle.
