Pasta making @ novanta

Learn to make authentic homemade pasta on our huge marble table. We will share with you all the secrets of making the perfect dough – taught to us by our Novanta Nonna “Nella” – the mother of Fabrizio and pasta making genius!

This is a great experience for the young and old – get super sticky in the kitchen and learn how to make such a wonderfully simple dish. A great skill to take home with you and wow all your friends at your next dinner party.

There is literally nothing more delicious than a bowl of fresh pasta – and if we have timed it right we might even have some fresh treasures from the truffle hunt to sprinkle on the top!
